We’re excited to welcome all Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) students, from Kindergarten to Grade 12, back to school.
Below, families will find important information they need to know for the beginning of the school year.
Our online information package is now updated for the 2023-2024 school year. Please take a few moments to review this information. The information in the online package applies to all students in the WRDSB. School-specific information will be sent out by each school through their regular channels.
The Action Required page provides information to families about forms and paperwork that will need to be completed and returned to your school at the beginning of the school year.
Visit the Action Required page.
We are committed to keeping your children safe. To comply with privacy legislation we have changed the way we communicate elementary students’ home classrooms for September. Class lists will no longer be posted on the outside windows or doors of your child’s school.
If you are a parent or caregiver using School-Day, you will be able to view classroom information starting September 2. Please log in at your convenience throughout the weekend and follow the steps to access this information.
If you do not use School-Day, class lists will be available inside the school on the first day of classes. Teachers will also have the class lists available on the first day of school and can help determine the location of your child’s classroom.
Visit the Elementary Class Assignments page.
Parents, caregivers and families are encouraged to explore the School Information website to learn more about important dates, busing and school safety.
Visit the School Information website.
Bus schedules are now available. For instructions on viewing details about your child’s bus information, visit Student Transportation Services of Waterloo Region (STSWR) or call 519-744-7575.
