I would like to thank our staff, students, and families for their measured reactions to yesterday’s incident. Tomorrow, March 29 will be a regular school day at Glenview Park. Our school resource officer, and additional WRDSB staff, will be onsite to support our staff and students. Please remember that we will be using the front door, and the lower A door, for access to the building. Any door can be used as an exit. The position of the Waterloo Region Police Service is that the threatening message we found, was an act of mischief, and not a threat to personal safety. Nevertheless, it is a serious violation of the WRDSB Code of Conduct. Please contact police, Crimestoppers, or GPSS administration, if you have information regarding this event.
