Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

IEPs will be going home the week of October 26th.  If we have an email address on file in the system your daughter/son’s IEP is being sent home for review and signing electronically.  You will receive an email that is automated and will indicate it is being sent fromSupport4Students@wrdsb.ca and will include an abbreviated form of the student’s name, ID number and indicates it is an Individual Education Plan from Glenview Park.  For those families who we do not have an email address for, you will receive a paper copy sent home via your daughter/son.  Please ask them for this document.

You can sign and return the Parent/Student Consultation & Staff Review & IEP updating page by scanning and sending it back to lee_weismiller@wrdsb.ca or return the printed form signed with your son/daughter to their classroom.  Please submit your signed copy by November 13th, 2020.
