By now we have all heard of the news about the terrible attack that took place in Pittsburgh on Saturday. This tragedy undoubtedly has had an impact on the students, parents and staff we welcome to our buildings every day. We are particularly mindful of the affect this event, and other actions around the world have had on Jewish students and staff, families and allies.

As an expression of sympathy and support for the community of Pittsburgh and the broader Jewish faith community, flags at the Education Centre and the schools of the WRDSB, will fly at half-mast.
