GPSS DECA had an amazing showing at Provincials in Toronto this past Sunday – Tuesday. We took 29 students to compete with 7,100 other business students from across the province and our Panthers brought their best! A Glenview student finished 1st place in her category (Start-up Business Plan) and has earned herself the chance to attend Internationals in Nashville, Tennessee this April. This is an incredible accomplishment. Other Glenview DECA members continued the amazing performance with 4 more students heading to the stage. Two grade 9 students, Maria and Alycia placed 9th in the province in the Fashion Merchandising Plan category. Jonathan placed in the Top 15 for his presentation in Principles of Hospitality Management and Rachelle placed in the Top 15 for her presentation in the Human Resources Management category.
