In order to prepare students for this rigorous programme, GPSS offers a two year International Studies Preparation (ISP) program.
In Grade 9 students take ISP Math, French, English and Science plus Academic Level Geography and 3 options.
In Grade 10 students take ISP History, French, English, Science and 2 Math Courses plus Careers/Civics and 1 option.
The IB Learner Profile and critical thinking elements are embedded throughout these preparation courses
Note: In order to fulfill OSSD requirements, one of the electives in Grade 9 should be Physical Education and one from the Arts. (Visual, Music or Drama)
