Final Report Cards and Diplomas for the 2025-2026 school year will be available for pickup from  July 8th, 9th and 13th . Pick up will be in the main office from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Please note that: 

Parents can pick up items for students under 18 yrs of age. If your student is over 18 yrs old, they will need to send an email to gps@wrdsb.ca, to give permission for someone else to pick up their items.

If you would like someone else to pick up your report card please email gps@wrdsb.ca with your name and the name and relationship of the person picking up your report card 

If you are not able to pick up items on those days, they will be available starting August 31st from 7:30am-3:00 pm in the Main Office. 

The school will be closed from Tuesday July 14th until Friday August 28th.

While the main office is closed, the general school voicemail will be monitored regularly, or you can email all inquiries to gps@wrdsb.ca. If you have an urgent matter, please call the Education Centre at 519-570-0003.
